The Powder Kegs are a Border Morris Side based in the small town of Whaley Bridge, in the High Peak. The name comes from local links with gunpowder factories beside the Fernilee Reservoir. (The factories were built close to the reservoir, incase any explosions happened, the water from the reservoir would be used to put out the fire. Unfortunately explosions did happens on a couple of occasions in which many people lost their lives)
